This morning we met with the prosecutor and everything went well. Natasha (the lawyer at the orphanage who has helped us so much) came with us and after the meeting she suggested we bring ice cream to the orphanage for Oleg to share with some of his friends. We were happy to do this and happy to see the smile on Oleg’s face as he told his friends about everything we had seen and done together. But then the assistant director came out and yelled at everyone because the kids are not suppose to have ice cream that has not been certified…? It was very strange because Natasha had told us to do this and was there when we bought it. It probably wasn’t right for me to snap a picture while she was yelling at us but at the time I had my camera out and I wanted you to be able to see what she looks like. Anyway, it’s been a good morning.
